Shipping policy

Australia

We ship within Australia using Australia Post or Aramex Courier depending on the location and product weight/dimensions. Packages should arrive between 5-7 business days after your order is placed in most cases (unless otherwise noted). Your orders are posted from Geelong (3220), Victoria.

Standard Shipping is a flat rate of $9.95AUD within Australia.  Free shipping applies for orders over $200.

EXPRESS POST SHIPPING

Is not available at this time. If you need a PHYSIO SQUAD products urgently, please email us for a shipping quote.

New Zealand

We use Australia Post/NZ Post to deliver your order to New Zealand. We charge $18 for Standard Shipping to New Zealand.

Other Countries

For other overseas orders the standard shipping charge is $28.90 per order. We may vary this depending on your location. We will contact you to get confirmation. Please note that your payment does not include any customs or taxation charges that may be added to your order when it arrives into your country.

Please note that we only accept paypal payment or direct deposit for overseas orders (excluding New Zealand).  Should you checkout using a credit card, we will reverse the charge and contact you.

Please also note that sometimes we are unable to ship an item due to the size or location. If this is the case we will contact you after your purchase and let you know.
